Program generator - File menu
Open data dictionary¶
Select an existing data dictionary (.d extension). The standard File Open dialog is used.
The initial directory is the one specified as the default on the Configure screen.
Data dictionary editor¶
Call the ddeditor program. If a data dictionary has already been selected in the program generator, it is displayed automatically. Note, however, that when the user exits from the data dictionary editor, the program generator reloads the data dictionary, so any amendments to the default values, field inclusion choices, etc., will be lost.
File Manager¶
Call the Sculptor File Manager. If a data dictionary has already been selected in the program generator, it is displayed automatically.
It is only possible to run File Manager once. If File Manager is already running, this option activates that program.
Program designer¶
Call the Sculptor program designer to edit the generated program. This option is only enabled if a program has been created.
