File Manager - Data dictionary menu
The options on this menu call the Sculptor data dictionary editor ddeditor.
New¶
Create a new data dictionary. File Manager calls ddeditor, which can then be used to create one or more new data dictionaries, or to edit existing ones. No changes are made to the File Manager display upon return; if a file was already displayed it remains displayed. To display a newly created data dictionary, select it using File->Open.
Edit¶
Edit the displayed data dictionary. ddeditor is called with the data dictionary loaded, ready for editing. Exiting from ddeditor returns the user to File Manager, with the display updated to reflect any changes.
