The controls and buttons on the screen are as follows:

The name of the currently loaded text file (without extension) |

The extension of the current file |
Text Item |
Sequential number of the displayed item (1-999) |

Number of lines in the current item (0-255) |

Maximum length (in characters) for lines in this item (0-255) |
The main screen area lists the actual text for the item, line by line. The “>” character indicates the end of the line, making trailing spaces apparent.
