For use with type GT_RECTANGLE only. This clause is ignored for all other graphic types.

The title text. It is displayed centred in the top border of the rectangle. |

Background and foreground colours for the title. See See Colours. Default: The parent window’s label colour values. EXAMPLES: label_bgc = RGB_OLIVE
