On multi-user systems which maintain an integer user identification, this variable is set to the user identification number.
On MS-DOS and Windows, sys.UserID is set to the value of the environment variable USERID, if this has been set. If USERID has not been set, sys.UserID is zero.
On all other systems sys.UserID is zero.
